1. What is the authenticity of the ingredients?

Our ingredients are pure, organic, pesticide/ heavy metal / microbe free and tested by world class labs. The products are manufactured in a facility having below certifications.

2. What is our return policy

Returns & Cancellations

A. Returns can be made within 7 days, of unopened and sealed pouches.

B. Should you need to make a return, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@healthkarma.co. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to write on the outside of your box. This will insure prompt processing.

D. Refunds will be issued to your credit card as soon as your return is processed. Refunds are for product only, shipping will not be refunded. Credits may take one billing cycle to post to your account.

E.Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of placing the order only.
